Until September 2011, I have been Product Manager at Bosch Software Innovations, which I co-founded in 1997. Right from the beginning, I was involved in the initial concepts and design of our rule technology Visual Rules. Five product generations later, I am still fascinated by the idea of empowering business people to change and shape the software they use, all by themselves. I have many years of experience in software engineering and architecture. I have helped to build many small and several large, enterprise-scale systems in different industries, as an engineer, architect and project lead. I have a degree in Informatics from Hochschule Furtwangen (Germany).
