Bosch Software Innovations respects your Privacy

The protection of your privacy in the processing of your personal data is an important concern to which we pay special attention during our business processes. Personal data collected during visits to our websites are processed by us confidentially and according to the legal provisions. Data protection and Information security are part of our company policy.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When you visit our websites our web server automatically records the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the websites you actually visit and the date and length of your visit. When you use the “comment” function, your user name and email address are stored. We will retain other personal information only if you send it to us directly. Bosch may use cookies and active components (e.g. JavaScript) to follow the preferences of our visitors and optimize our websites accordingly. You can reset your browser either to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to refuse to accept cookies. Please note that certain areas of most sites may not function properly if you reject a cookie.

Additional personal data is only stored if volunteered by you, for example in context of a registration, a survey, a contest or in execution of a contract.

Use and Dissemination of Personal Data and Limitations on UseBosch Software Innovations will use your personal data for the sole purpose of technical administration of the websites, customer administration, product surveys and marketing, only to the extent necessary in each specific case. We would like to use your data to inform you about our products and services and request your opinion, where applicable. Naturally your participation in such campaigns is voluntary. Data Privacy Declaration for the use of Social Plugins

  • Data Privacy Declaration for the use of Google +1
    Collection and disclosure of information:
    The Google +1 button is a way for you to share information publicly with the world. The Google +1 button helps you and others to receive personalised content from Google and its partners. The fact that you +1’d something will be recorded by Google, along with information about the page you were viewing when you clicked on the +1 button. Your +1’s may appear to others as an annotation with your profile name and photo in Google services such as in search results or on your Google Profile or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet. Google will record information about your +1 activity in order to provide you and other users with a better experience on Google services. In order to use the Google +1 button, you need to have a public Google Profile visible to the world, which at a minimum includes the name you chose for the profile. That name will be used across Google services and in some cases it may replace another name you’ve used when sharing content under your Google Account.
