Take part in our blog survey for a chance to win one of three Bosch ConnectedWorld conference tickets worth 1,000 euros. The event will take place March 9-10, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. For further information on the conference please click here.
No later than four weeks after the survey closing date, an adjudicator panel will select three names from a hat; each winning entry will receive one of three Bosch ConnectedWorld tickets. Winners will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the closing date.
If you decide to participate in the survey anonymously, you will not be entered into the raffle.
How to enter: a step-by-step guide
Click here to answer the survey questions. Only participants who answer all questions and provide their full name and e-mail address will be entered into the raffle. All names will be written on a piece of paper and thrown into a hat. The survey runs from 8 July to 5 August (12:00 pm CET).
An adjudicator panel made up of three Bosch Software Innovations associates will each draw one name from the hat. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
The following terms and conditions apply to all participants in the raffle as part of the Bosch ConnectedWorld Blog reader survey. The raffle is organized by Bosch Software Innovations GmbH, Schöneberger Ufer 89, 10785 Berlin, Germany.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you give your consent to having your full name and e-mail address stored by Survey Monkey and used by Bosch Software Innovations for the duration and purpose of conducting and managing the blog survey. The personally identifiable information you provide will not be shared with third parties, except for Survey Monkey.
The survey runs from 8 July 2015, until 5 August 2015 (12:00 pm CET).
3. Participation requirements for the raffle
Bosch Software Innovations understands your using the website and/or entering the raffle as a warrant that you are aged 18 or over. Associates of the Bosch Group and their relatives are prohibited from entering. Relatives within the meaning of these terms and conditions are spouses, registered life partners or first- or second-degree relatives. Incomplete questionnaires are invalid. Bosch Software Innovations reserves the right to bar specific persons from entering the raffle and/or refuse to issue a prize or demand the return of an already delivered prize for appropriate reasons. Appropriate reasons in this context include, for example, serious violations of these terms and conditions, providing false personal information or manipulating or influencing the draw in any way. An entry must be in legible English. Any entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid entry and will not be entered into this raffle. Bosch Software Innovations cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, incorrectly submitted or illegible entries.
4. Winners and winner selection
Winners will be chosen no later than four weeks after the end of the closing date. They will be selected from among all entries that comply with these terms and conditions.
All decisions by Bosch Software Innovations are final and binding. Bosch Software Innovations shall pay the costs of delivering the prize. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to a third party.
The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) of three (3) Bosch ConnectedWorld tickets for March 9-10, 2016.
5. Winner verification
The winners of the raffle will be notified by e-mail. They must respond to the point of contact mentioned in the e-mail within 30 days of the send date of the notification. The prize will be delivered to the winner by e-mail.
If a winner cannot be contacted using the e-mail address provided, if the notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable or if a winner fails to claim the prize within the given time frame, the winner will forfeit the prize. In such cases, Bosch Software Innovations reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
Regardless of the legal nature of the claim brought forth, Bosch Software Innovations shall not be liable for any other damage. Bosch Software Innovations shall especially not be liable for technical disruptions such as internet connection outages.
7. Early termination of the raffle
Bosch Software Innovations reserves the right to end or temporarily suspend the raffle for good cause. Good cause includes but is not limited to cases where the raffle can no longer be properly conducted for legal or material reasons.
Should any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected. Court decisions are considered final and legally binding.
Any legal action is precluded.
